Account Deletion

このページでは、Noluba, LLC.（以下「当社」といいます）が提供するアプリ「NolubaScope」のアカウントおよび関連データの削除方法について説明します。

1. アプリ内でアカウントを削除する

NolubaScope アプリ内から、いつでもご自身でアカウントを削除（退会）できます。

  1. NolubaScope アプリを開きます。
  2. 「設定」 → 「アカウント」を開きます。
  3. 「退会」セクションでパスワードを入力します（Googleログインのみで登録したアカウントを除く）。
  4. 「退会する」をタップし、確認すると削除が実行されます。
退会が完了すると、その場でログアウトされ、同じアカウントへ再ログインできなくなります。

2. メールで削除をリクエストする

アプリにアクセスできない場合は、登録済みのメールアドレスから下記宛に「アカウント削除希望」とご連絡ください。本人確認のうえ、当社にて削除を行います。

3. 削除・保持されるデータ

アカウント削除のリクエストを受け付けると、当社が取得した個人情報は、法令上の保管義務がある情報を除き、合理的な期間内に当社のサーバーから削除されます。

This page explains how to delete your account and related data for "NolubaScope", an app provided by Noluba, LLC. ("we").

1. Delete your account in the app

You can delete your account yourself at any time within the NolubaScope app.

  1. Open the NolubaScope app.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. In the Delete account section, enter your password (except for accounts registered with Google Sign-In only).
  4. Tap Delete account and confirm. Your account will be deleted.
Once completed, you are signed out immediately and can no longer sign in to the same account.

2. Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from your registered email address with the subject "Account deletion request". We will delete your account after verifying your identity.

3. Data that is deleted and retained

When we receive an account deletion request, the personal information we have collected will be deleted from our servers within a reasonable period, except for information we are legally required to retain.
